Seremban Food Trip
I know it's late to say this, but.....
Oh gosh! I missed you cousin!!
21/8/2012, 2 months before... Sigh, I know it's QUite late to publish this but please let me yeah?
At least I have something to write~~
Those faint memories where I'd retrieve from deep inside my brain, Hmmm...
Yup! It was a very fun day indeed, cause there's a lot of foooood involving. And of course of you, cousin Yunn!
The one day FOOD trip to Seremban was amazing! Excluded the God knows how many hours butt-cracking car ride. The Fan family finally arrived at Pasar Besar Seremban, that wet market is amazingly huge, inspirations~
You'll see a bunch of stores! Beef noodles, Misua, Udon soup, Red Wine Chicken Noodles, Hokkien Dishes, Mixed porridge... you name it. No pasta or foreign dishes though.
I had a bite of everything! & a bowl of incredibly sweeeeeet cendol dessert~
Next! we moved forward to the next destination, to eat more FOOD! We arrived at a small century-aged store that's just a short distance away. It is only a toddler's room sized, you can feel those leftover memories of the past in that store, inspirations~
It's not very crowded inside, but the customers line never breaks. & we waited patiently for a seat to enjoy a lil bowl of the traditional Hakka Mee.
We children had already finished our serving of Hakka Mee, instead of quietly waiting for the adults to finish theirs, we went to the pet shop beside! There's birdies, chicks, hamsters & rabbits! OH my gawd sooooooo cute~~~~~~~
Our next destination, Seremban Siew Pau Palace! I wondered if I translated it right...but nah, don't care~ That place is really like a palace, it's decorated with a underwater theme, bright yellowish lights brightens up the whole place, inspirations~ Famous for its Siew Pau, & it's my mom's favourite, I had to eat those Siew Paus for 2 whole week.
In there, there's also some old 'artifacts' showcased at a lil corner, we children had some fun posing with those. There's even a store selling chocolates! I bought banana flavoured choc & dark choc for a dear friend! >//////<
That's all for our Fan family one day Seremban FOOD trip!& had a great time with my dearest cousins~~

Oh Yeah~ Sushi Time!!
Salute to the wonderful Salmon, Unagi, Tuna, Egg, Baby octopus.... Arghhhh!!!!
I'm going to eat it all-desu!! All of them-desu!!
Attended a sushi making class at a home-style cooking lesson called T-Garden. There are about 17 people attended the sushi class, there are also 3 overseas hotties~ but I've no idea where are they from, 2 Parkistan & Australian I think? Azure blue eyes and sharp features~~>.<
Okay! Let's start making our sushi! First, wash rice, soak rice, steam rice, mix rice, knead rice. You'll have a perfectly nice oval sushi rice for your Nigiri Sushi.
Next, you need to prepare your topping, its really depends on your own taste for the ingredients, anything is fine for your sushi as long as it is edible~ >.<
After that, you can decorate your sushi too! Decorating your own sushi takes a lot of time & effort, the decorations on the sushi reflects the chef's mood & personalities.
That's the end of our sushi class-desu~
If you have a chance-desu, you should experience these kind of cooking class-desu.
Make some for your friends~~ it's easy to make once you get all the ingredients! You will have friends asking you to make more!! HEHEH~~

BROTHER'S 21 YEAR OLD CELEBRATION
Congratulations brother dear~
You're getting another year older!
How do you feel? When you're leaving teenager, & moving into a stage of being called an adult? Happy? Sad? Wanting to grow up? Running towards the road ahead you? Or looking back at the time you've lost?
HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY~!
It was last Saturday, a memorable day for my brother dear, a celebration party was held at my uncle's house. Mom was busy planning catering, finance, invitations & so on. My uncle from Singapore even flew back to attend the party. At that day, the whole family was busy preparing titbits, messing up the kitchen & meet up with dear cousins!
I'm actually responsible for "SOME" missing skewers of strawberries marshmallows & grapes.
In the process of arranging the skewers & assembling the chocolate fountain~~
Tadaa! the legendary chocolate fountain~~
As the young artist in the family, I was summoned to design food tags~~ >.<;
At about 7, the cake arrived! The 21st birthday cake that consist of Vanilla Fruity Pudding Sponge & Hazelnut Banana Sponge~ Dig in!!
Guests arrived, the party started, fun games hosted by the very own head of the family! Cousin Mey won the game! You made the family proud Mey!
It's time~~ to cut, slice, stab & devour the fabulous cake!! Presenting brother dear to attend the cake cutting, slicing, stabbing ceremony!And also a photo session!
