COMPILATION OF FINAL FANTASY VII

 Final Fantasy VII is the one I favor most in the Final Fantasy series, as I watched my brother played the game, I'm in love with VII.

FFVII was the first game of the FF series to be developed for the Play Station, it was also the first FF title with entirely 3D models. The game has spawned an entire sub-series of sequels, prequels, and even "midquels" called the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII.

  The story of Zack Fair (previous owner of Buster Sword), Angeal Hewley (original owner of the Buster Sword), Genesis Rhapsodos & Cloud Strife (minor part). This chronicles all of the events of Zack's life right up until his death outside Midgar shortly before the beginning of Final Fantasy VII.

Last Order

 An anime OVA focuses on Zack Strife, Cloud Strife, Tifa Lockheart & Sephiroth. Switches between Zack's escape & retelling of the Nibelheim Incident.

Zack's escape to Midgar with his unconscious friend, Cloud.

Sephiroth continues to Jenova's body, preserved in a large glass tank filled with liquid. while Sephiroth cuts off Jenova's head. He carries the head with him towards Cloud and they engage in battle.

Cloud is impaled through the stomach and hung over the reactor's core.

grabs Sephiroth's sword and moves himself down the blade and hurls Sephiroth aside.

 Sephiroth abandons the battle and jumps into the reactor core with Jenova's head in an attempt to reach the "Promised Land". Although Zack and Cloud survive the ordeal, they are taken to the Shinra Mansion by Hojo for experimentation.


 Before Crisis

Before Crisis tells the tale of the Turks and their battle against the anti-Shinra insurgency group, AVALANCHE- an eco-terrorist organization that seeks to topple Shinra, whom they know to be slowly killing the Planet with their manufacture of Mako Energy.

  Over the course of the story, much of the backstory of Final Fantasy VII is included as Episodes, including the Nibelheim Incident, the destruction of Corel, and other events.

  Advent Children

 The CGI-animated movie sequel, taking place two years after the end of Final Fantasy VII, showing the state of the world following the fall of Meteor. 

Follows Cloud Strife in his search to receive forgiveness from Aerith Gainsborough and Zack Fair for his various failures, so he can recover his health and his happiness with his family with Tifa Lockhart.

 Dirge of Cerberus

The story focuses upon Vincent Valentine and his battle against Shinra's last dark secret, the Deepground organization with connections to Vincent's past.

 It is a third-person shooter, the only game of that type in the entire Final Fantasy series.

 Through a series of flashbacks, the game shows the events of thirty years before Final Fantasy VII, giving details about Vincent Valentine's relationship with Lucrecia Crescent and Professor Hojo and how he failed to stop the tainted birth of Sephiroth.

Dirge of Cerberus- Lost Episode

Lost Episode reveals a missing chapter from the sequel Dirge of Cerberus, retelling Vincent's journey to Nibelheim and his battle against Deepground forces along the way.

  Reeve Tuesti's goal is to find information on Deepground written by Dr. Lucrecia Crescent. On his way to the mansion, Vincent's chopper is attacked by the Deepground. He survives and makes his way to the Shinra Mansion.

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete

 Various changes include more scenes with the children, including Denzel and the Moogle Girl, more dialogue with Kadaj and Rufus Shinra to better explain certain plot elements, and some restructured fight scenes.

 The most obvious change in structure is the climax of Cloud's battle with Sephiroth.

  After the end credits, the cliff where Zack died is shown covered in flowers. Denzel asks Cloud if the cliff is where someone died.

 Cloud corrects him and says "it's where a hero began his journey".

 Episode Denzel was released alongside Advent Children Complete. The episode focus on Denzel's past & experience, what he had gone through in his 10 years life.

 Hoshi wo Meguru Otome

The girl who travels the planet. A novella midquel that takes place during the events of Final Fantasy VII. It shows Aerith Gainsborough's journey through the Lifestream following her death during the game.

 Throughout the novella, Aerith philosophizes on her relationships with the various characters and the nature of life, and watches the effect Sephiroth is having on the Lifestream. As the novella ends, Aerith commands the spirits of the Lifestream to emerge and help Holy push back and destroy Meteor, saving the Planet.
